We provide 12 months replacement warranty for any malfunctioning or failed devices as long as the device has not been physically damaged or tampered with.

Embrava Connect is only a small application - 3MB in size.
Yes - Embrava Connect is distributed as an MSI installer that can be used with SCCM and Group policy to rollout to your organisation.
The Embrava Connect installer also includes Installation Flags to customize your installation of Embrava Connect from silently installing the application to changing the available Connection tabs. See the Readme.TXT file that is included in the Embrava Connect download for more information.
Yes - using the Enterprise Admin software, a system administrator can set standard configuration for all Embrava devices across an organisation. For this availability solution to work it is important that a consistent configuration is pushed out across the organisation. The Enterprise Admin tool provides this functionality without the headache of creating your own group policy objects or visiting each workstation to configure the application.
Yes - using the Enterprise Admin software, a system administrator can rollout and lock down out a standard Embrava Connect configuration to all machines in the organisation keeping all configurations consistent and preventing users from changing the configuration.

Currently, the Embrava SDK only supports the Windows Operating System however, we are working on providing SDK support on Mac OSX and Linux.
